THE SCIENCE-BACKED SOLUTION FOR PREGNANCY SWELLING.

Pregnancy swelling can make your feet, ankles, calves, and legs feel heavy, tight, puffy, and uncomfortable — especially later in pregnancy and toward the end of the day. This happens because your body holds more fluid during pregnancy, while gravity and pressure on your lower-body circulation can make fluid pool in the legs and feet.

FlowLift™ was designed around one proven principle: pressure helps movement.
Instead of relying on tight compression socks, FlowLift™ uses sequential pneumatic air compression to gently squeeze and release your legs in upward waves — helping your feet, ankles, calves, and thighs feel supported while you rest.

Sequential Air Compression

FlowLift™ uses 6 inflatable air chambers that gently inflate and deflate in sequence, starting from the feet and moving upward through the legs.

Adjustable Pressure Control

Choose a gentle setting that feels right for your body — so relief feels calming, not tight, hot, or uncomfortable like all-day compression socks.

Full-Leg Pressure Relief While Resting

FlowLift™ wraps your feet, ankles, calves, and thighs in soothing air compression — so your whole lower body can finally feel supported.

FAQs

Have questions? We’re hereto help

1. is flowlift™ safe to use during pregnancy?

Yes — FlowLift™ is designed as a gentle comfort tool for heavy, swollen pregnancy legs.
Most mums use it while resting at home, especially when their feet, ankles, calves, or thighs feel tight and puffy after a long day.

That said, pregnancy swelling can sometimes be a sign of something more serious. If you have high blood pressure, clotting concerns, pre-eclampsia worries, severe swelling, or any high-risk pregnancy condition, check with your doctor or midwife before using FlowLift™.

2. does flowlift™ replace compression socks?

For many mums, yes — it becomes the easier, comfier option they actually look forward to using.
Compression socks can help, but pulling tight socks over swollen feet at 30+ weeks pregnant is not exactly fun.

FlowLift™ gives you soothing pressure support without the sock struggle. Just slip in, press start, and relax.

3. how does flowlift™ help swollen pregnancy legs?

FlowLift™ uses gentle air pressure that moves upward through your legs.
The boots inflate and deflate in waves, creating a calming squeeze-and-release feeling from your feet upward.

Most mums love it because it feels like their heavy legs are finally being supported instead of just left to feel tight, puffy, and uncomfortable.

4. when should i use flowlift™?

The best time is when your legs start feeling heavy, swollen, or done for the day.
A lot of mums use FlowLift™ in the evening while watching TV, reading, scrolling their phone, or winding down before bed.

It turns that “my feet are huge by dinner” moment into a simple 20–30 minute relief ritual.

5. is it better than elevating my feet or getting a massage?

FlowLift™ is for the mum who’s tired of doing everything just to feel a little better.
No more stacking pillows, waiting for your partner to rub your feet, soaking your ankles, or forcing yourself into tight socks.

FlowLift™ gives you hands-free pressure relief while you sit back and rest — which is exactly what your body is already asking for.

6. when should i not use flowlift™ and seek medical help instead?

FlowLift™ does not treat or prevent pre-eclampsia, HELLP syndrome, blood clots, or pregnancy complications. Sudden swelling, one-sided swelling, severe pain, headache, vision changes, chest pain, shortness of breath, upper-abdominal pain, high blood pressure, or feeling very unwell should be checked urgently by a doctor, midwife, or emergency provider.

FlowLift™ Safety & Medical Disclaimer

FlowLift™ is designed for pregnancy comfort support only. It uses gentle pneumatic air compression to help expecting mothers relax and soothe the heavy, tight, swollen-leg feeling that can happen during pregnancy.

FlowLift™ is not a medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent pre-eclampsia, HELLP syndrome, deep vein thrombosis, blood clots, high blood pressure, or any pregnancy-related medical condition.

Some swelling during pregnancy can be common, especially in the legs, ankles, feet, and fingers. It is often worse later in pregnancy and toward the end of the day. However, a sudden increase in swelling can be a sign of pre-eclampsia and should be checked as soon as possible.

Please speak to your doctor, midwife, or healthcare provider before using FlowLift™ if you have a high-risk pregnancy, high blood pressure, pre-eclampsia concerns, HELLP syndrome concerns, a history of blood clots, circulation issues, varicose vein complications, diabetes, reduced sensation in your legs, skin ulcers, burns, wounds, infection, or any condition where compression has not been recommended.

Do not use FlowLift™ and seek urgent medical advice if you experience sudden swelling of the face, hands, or feet, severe headache, vision changes, pain below the ribs or upper abdomen, nausea or vomiting, chest pain, shortness of breath, feeling very unwell, or high blood pressure. These can be warning signs of pre-eclampsia or other serious pregnancy complications.

Do not use FlowLift™ on a leg with sudden, painful, one-sided swelling, warmth, redness, discoloration, calf pain, or tenderness. These may be signs of deep vein thrombosis, and pregnancy can increase the risk of blood clots during pregnancy and for weeks after birth.

HELLP syndrome is a serious pregnancy complication that affects the blood and liver and can occur in the second half of pregnancy, third trimester, or shortly after birth. Symptoms may include right upper abdominal pain, feeling very unwell, nausea, vomiting, headache, or vision changes, and it requires urgent medical care.

FlowLift™ should feel comfortable and soothing. Stop use immediately if you feel pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, shortness of breath, skin irritation, increased swelling, or any unusual discomfort.

When in doubt, get checked. Your comfort matters — but your safety and your baby’s safety come first.
